How can we help?

Most answers are below. If you are still stuck, send us a message and we usually reply within two working days.

Add your service

  1. Open YAIP and create a profile.
  2. Choose Add playlist.
  3. Enter a name, the server address from your provider, your username and password. You can also paste a get.php link.
  4. If the address starts with http:// (not https://), turn on Allow HTTP.
  5. Choose Connect playlist. Live TV, movies and series load in the background.

Use YAIP on another device

  1. On the first device, open Sync and sign in with your email and the code we send you.
  2. Create a sync passphrase. It encrypts your playlist logins, and only you know it.
  3. On the other device, sign in with the same email and enter the same passphrase.
  4. Your profiles, playlists, history and favorites appear.

Troubleshooting

My service does not connect

Check the server address, username and password with your provider, and that your subscription is active. Addresses that start with http:// need Allow HTTP. Some providers allow only one device at a time.

A channel or movie does not play

Streams come from your provider, not from YAIP. Try another channel to see whether the provider is down, refresh the playlist from Playlists, and check that your provider allows the number of devices you are using.

YAIP says the provider asked it to slow down

YAIP pauses when your provider limits requests (HTTP 429) and continues by itself. Your library stays available in the meantime.

I forgot my sync passphrase

Open Sync and choose Erase and start over. Your synced data is removed from the server and you set a new passphrase. Everything stored on your devices stays there.
